Overview
This product is offered on a pre-order basis.
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a unit from an upcoming production batch of PHASE¹ Blue Light Blocking Glasses.
Payment is taken at the time of checkout to secure your place in the first production run.
Shipping Timeline
Pre-orders are expected to ship in May 2026.
This timeline is an estimate. While we aim to meet this schedule, production and logistics timelines may occasionally change.
If there are any material delays, we will inform you by email.
Order Updates
You will receive updates throughout the pre-order period.
These updates may include:
- Production progress
- Shipping timeline adjustments
- Order status notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may request a full refund at any time before your order has shipped.
Refund requests can be submitted via our refund request page.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days once your order details have been confirmed.
After an order has shipped, refunds are no longer processed through the pre-order system and standard return policies apply.
Changes to Orders
If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

As this is an initial production batch, minor variations may occur. These will not affect the intended function or performance of the product.
Liability
PHASE¹ is not responsible for delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, shipping carrier issues, or customs processing.
In such cases, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
