Payments
All payments are processed securely via Mollie. We do not store your payment details on our systems. Mollie may process personal data such as payment information, IP address, and transaction data in order to complete your purchase. For more information, please refer to Mollie’s privacy policy.
Email and marketing communication
We use MailerLite to manage email subscriptions and marketing communications. If you sign up for our newsletter or opt in during checkout, your email address and related data may be stored and processed by MailerLite in accordance with their privacy policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in every email.
Order-related transactional emails, such as order confirmations and shipping updates, are sent to all customers regardless of marketing preferences.
Customer relationship management
We use HubSpot as a lightweight customer relationship management (CRM) tool to track contact interactions and order-related communication. Data stored in HubSpot may include your name, email address, and order history. HubSpot processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not use HubSpot to send marketing emails independently of MailerLite.
Shipping and logistics
We use Apaczka to manage shipping fulfilment from Poland. In order to ship your order, we share your name, delivery address, and contact details with Apaczka and the relevant carrier assigned to your shipment. This data is used solely for the purpose of delivering your order.
Embedded content
Some pages may include embedded content such as videos or external media. Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited those websites directly and may collect data, use cookies, and track your interactions independently.
Who we share your data with
We only share your personal data with trusted service providers that are necessary to operate the website and fulfil your order. These include Mollie (payment processing), MailerLite (email delivery and marketing), HubSpot (CRM), Apaczka (shipping and logistics), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary. Order data is retained for legal and accounting purposes in accordance with applicable law. Email subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Support and refund request data is retained for as long as needed to resolve the relevant issue.
