About these terms

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products from PHASE¹ through phase1.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

Products

All products listed on phase1.store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our ability and are subject to change without notice.

As PHASE¹ Blue Light Blockers are produced in batches, minor variations in finish or packaging may occur between units. These will not affect the intended function or performance of the product.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The total amount charged will be shown before you confirm your purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.

Placing an order

By completing the checkout process and submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. This confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in the event of pricing errors, payment issues, or if we are unable to fulfil your request. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.

Payment

Payment is processed securely via Mollie at the time of checkout. We accept the payment methods listed during the checkout process. We do not store your payment details. For information on how Mollie handles your data, please refer to their privacy policy.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from Poland. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are based on your delivery address and order weight and are shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. PHASE¹ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Right of withdrawal

Under European Union consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. This is your statutory right and applies in addition to our standard returns policy.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@phase1.store or submitting a request via our returns page. You must then return the product within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the original purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been clearly personalised or sealed items that are not suitable for return once opened, where applicable under EU law.

Returns after the withdrawal period

After the 14-day withdrawal period, we do not accept returns except in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied products. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Faulty or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@phase1.store within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Limitation of liability

PHASE¹ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

PHASE¹ is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, shipping carrier disruptions, or customs processing. In such cases, we will communicate updates as soon as reasonably possible.

Intellectual property

All content on phase1.store, including but not limited to the PHASE¹ name, logo, product names, images, copy, and design, is the property of PHASE¹ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protections afforded to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
